In December and January, in the day time, it is most likely to be bright and either sunny or cloudy with sunny spells. There is always the case where Christmas is sunny and warm just like November and occasionally this happens but as a general rule from December to mid-February one should expect a combination of all weather types.
One frequent phenomenon is that one of the months of February or March the weather is cold for a period of 14 days but during Mid February towards the first week of March for about 14 days it is very warm.
