Philipos Villas is comprised of 8 well maintained villas, 150 metres from the sea. Despite that, the nearby beach is not suitable for swimming, the villas command spectacular sea views and a sandy beach located just 500m away is a good choice for swimming.

The villas are of two styles, bungalow villas and two-storey villas, in 2-Bedroom and 3-Bedroom configurations. Well maintained and equipped, located ideally for a relaxing holiday by the sea within close proximity to buses and other local facilities and amenities. Villa facilities include kitchenette with gas rings and oven, cutlery and other utensils needed for preparing of meals and also a lounge with TV. Bedrooms have two twin beds and the master bedroom has one double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower facility. Extra occupants are accommodated on a camp bed.

Spotlessly clean Villas with a great location for relaxing holidays.
The only drawback of these villas is
that the sea located 150 metres from
the villas prohibits swimming due to
the undercurrents. On the other hand though, there is an organised public
beach only 500 metres away from
the villas.
